THE OVERVIEW
Chants of Sennaar builds its puzzles around interpreting the languages spoken by five peoples living in a divided tower. As the Traveler, players observe conversations and their surroundings, recording symbols in a notebook to work out their meaning. Progress connects linguistic clues with the tower’s cultures and spaces rather than treating translation as a list of isolated words.
