The Surge 2
The Surge 2 base game on Steam: US storefront $2.99, advertised 90% off $29.99; checkout not tested.
Steam’s United States storefront currently advertises The Surge 2 at $2.99 USD, 90% below the seller’s $29.99 reference price. The Surge 2 is an action RPG built around close-range combat and equipment recovery in the devastated streets of Jericho City. Targeting an opponent's limbs determines which pieces of gear can be taken, making combat choices part of character development. Weapons, armor, implants and drones provide several ways to shape a build while exploring the city and confronting bosses. This is the base game; Steam separately lists a Premium Edition with the Season Pass and additional downloadable content. Both published Windows profiles require a 64-bit system and Vulkan-compatible graphics, even though DirectX 11 also appears in the specification. The game's legacy Windows 7/8 wording does not remove Steam's Windows 10-or-later client requirement, and neither hardware profile promises a particular frame rate. This is the Buy The Surge 2 base-game purchase block. Soundtracks, Premium Editions and multi-product bundles are separate purchases. The readable purchase block says Offer ends in without a complete deadline; an exact expiry is therefore unconfirmed. A Steam account and the appropriate account country are needed; taxes and final eligibility must be confirmed at the store. No checkout, purchase or redemption was tested. The comparison is the seller’s displayed reference price, not an independently measured price history or historical-low claim.
