Review official offer and termsThe Google for Startups Cloud Program helps approved startups pay for eligible cloud infrastructure while developing and scaling an application. Its Start route is aimed at a young company with a working MVP and a plan to seek venture funding; funded Scale and Scale AI routes have different qualification and award rules. The published Start allowance is up to USD 2,000, while qualifying funded companies may receive larger staged credits rather than one unrestricted balance. This matters when forecasting costs: the later-year portion of the funded program covers only a share of eligible usage, and separate Google Workspace, Maps or advertising benefits should not be assumed included in the cloud credit pool. A business website, matching company email and the correct billing account are part of the application preparation. Check product coverage, prior credits, funding evidence and assigned dates before committing resources; no application or billing account was tested. Offer terms: Application and approval required. Start and funded tiers have different company-age, funding and previous-credit rules. Credits apply to eligible Google-owned consumption-billed Cloud products; subscriptions and third-party marketplace purchases are not included by assumption. Funded award portions are staged, with the published second-year portion covering 20% up to its cap. Credits cannot be transferred, shared or resold. Separate Google-product perks have their own application/conditions. No public campaign end date was established. Eligibility: Start is for qualifying digital-native startups founded within two years with a working MVP, a clear business model and plans to seek venture funding. Funded tiers require qualifying verifiable Pre-Seed to Series A funding and other current criteria. Company-domain email, an active business website and the intended billing account must match the applicant; region and final approval remain provider-controlled. Reference price: No purchase price, original price or discount percentage is asserted. Program credit maxima are conditional eligibility-based awards, not cash, transferable balances or independently measured savings. Redemption not independently tested.
