Backdrop

What is Backdrop?

Backdrop lets a business configure AI coworkers around particular jobs, supplying the tools, context and instructions those jobs require. What work can a coworker handle? The official examples include researching markets or customers, preparing campaign material and client updates, and turning conversations into tasks with owners and follow-ups. Operations teams can also use the workspace for recurring processes and investigating issues across connected tools. The useful starting point is a defined job and the information needed to carry it through, rather than granting an agent every available integration. Buyers should confirm the permissions and plan entitlement for each intended connection; an integration logo alone does not establish those details. Generated research, communications and completed actions should be reviewed against the organization's own requirements.

Configure AI coworkers with a defined job, tools and context for research, communications, task coordination and recurring operational work.
