SOFTWARE PROFILE
Elicit
Find scientific papers and build traceable literature reviews
THE OVERVIEW
What is Elicit?
Elicit helps researchers locate scientific papers and organize evidence for literature reviews. A natural-language search can find relevant studies without requiring every matching keyword in advance. Its review workflow supports screening papers against criteria and extracting information into comparison tables, with supporting passages that researchers can inspect. Research reports bring findings together with citations, while the library lets users retain sources for later projects. AI-generated screening and extraction still need expert review; full-text availability, workflow usage and collaboration features depend on access and plan.
